Yes, It Has Been Months...

Hello faithful readers of my blog (all zero of you),

As you've probably noticed, I've been extremely tardy when it comes to keeping up on my bloggin. What can I say, I've been busy. Since the last time I'd blogged, we've moved into our new condo (visit www.matthewseward.com for a link to the pics), been working like a maniac, and generally wondering where the summer has gone.

I need to be more proactive with this thing. In the off chance that someone actually reads this, feel free to post your comments. That should motivate me to get typing.

Almost time to move into the new place...

Tracie and I are preparing ourselves to move into our new condo in Gaithersburg, MD within the next few weeks. We've been patiently awaiting this day for a long ass time. We are finally closing on March 28. Gotta love watching thousands and thousands of dollars passing right through your fingers.

Seriously though, our place will be really cool. It'll be worth the excitement that's been caused by the frustrating application and approval process for a regular ol' 30 year fixed mortgage in a shitty economy (even though our credit is excellent).

Stay tuned for updates on the new place. This translates into me not posting anything for several more months and then blaming it on being too busy painting, putting in new ceiling fans, etc. Be sure to visit www.matthewseward.com for some construction pics and all sorts of fun stuff.
